Everything on the 10 acres, from the deck to the sport court to the barn. The rooms inside the lodge are on their own page.

The back deck — about 750 sq ft Half of it roofed, lit, and it seats the whole group

About 750 square feet across the back of the lodge. Half of it is roofed, so you can sit out in an afternoon storm. The other half is open to the sky. It is lit, it has power along it, and it seats the whole group for dinner with room left to move the tables back.
The firepit By the pond, with firewood and a hose beside it

A wide firepit by the pond, with seating around it. We keep split firewood on hand. There is a hose on a water supply beside it, and power there as well, so you can put the fire out before bed. This is where the evening ends.
The grills A 5-burner gas grill and a flat-top griddle

Two propane grills on the deck. One is a 5-burner gas grill. The other is a flat-top griddle. Use either one, and we keep a spare propane tank. Cook for the whole group at once and eat outside.
The sport court Finishes late September 2026 Pickleball and half-court basketball, lit for night play

A full pickleball court with half-court basketball at one end. It is lit, so games run after dark. Balls and paddles are by the garage.
Disc golf A short course on the cleared land next door

A short course on the cleared land next door. The discs are in the shed.
The horse corral Permanent fencing, feed bins, water, and trailer access

A full corral in permanent horse fencing, with room for horses to move rather than stand. There are feed bins along one side and water nearby. The pines and the solar panels put shade over part of it through the day. Back a trailer straight up to the gate and unload — you do not have to lead a horse across the property to get it in.
The dog run Screened on every side, with water and cleaning gear

A screened run along the side of the lodge, closed on every side. Leave your dog in it for the day and it stays put. It has an automatic water bowl that refills itself. It has a trash can with bags for droppings, a rake, and a dustpan. There is a hose beside it for a muddy dog. The kitchen window looks straight into it, so you can see your dog from inside. The rest of the property is not fenced, and it opens onto working forest with real wildlife in it.
Camp-trailer hookups Two or three sites with electric, water, and sewer

Space for two or three camp trailers. Each site has electric, water, and sewer.
Extra trailer parking A graveled area near the gate for extra trailers

A second level, graveled area near the gate. Park extra trailers, boats, and towed vehicles here, clear of the drive.
Camping and open land Camping pads, and acres of ground nobody has built on

Flat, cleared pads on the land next door for group tent camping, and acres of open ground around them under the pines. None of it is built on yet. If you want to use it for an event, tell us what you have in mind and we will work it out with you.
Firewood Split and on hand for the firepit and the fireplace

We keep split firewood on hand for the firepit and the family-room fireplace. You do not need to bring your own.
EV charging in the garage Level 2 up to 40 amps, with a Tesla adapter

A Level 2 charger on the garage wall, between the two doors. It takes up to 40 amps. It has a standard J1772 plug, and we keep a Tesla adapter with it. Pull into the garage to charge if you want to. Charge overnight and start the drive home full.
Barn and garage storage The barn or the detached garage, on request
